Next, you'll choose a LANDMARK 24 COMMUNITY that fits your lifestyle. Each community offers a unique location with wonderful amenities and great neighbors. You can browse our website to tour our communities virtually, or you can visit them personally to see which one is the best fit for how you live, work, and play.
Next, we'll help you determine your financing needs. Our mortgage partner, ALLIANCE MORTGAGE SERVICES, is ready to help you create a favorable mortgage package customized to your budget.
Finally, you'll choose a LANDMARK 24 HOME PLAN that's perfect for you and your family. We have several collections of modern floor plans designed around how families live today. Our plans range from one and two level single family homes to affordable townhomes, all with Landmark 24 Homes' guarantee of quality.
STEP 2: CUSTOMER CARE
Now that you've chosen your perfect home, our Customer Care Coordinator will be in contact with you to guide you through every step of the construction process, from slab to final inspection and everything in between.

Once your new home is completed, the Closing Coordinator will work with you to help ensure that everything is in order and that the closing process runs smoothly. Don’t forget to grab the keys to your new home!
STEP 3: WARRANTY
