We are proud of our wonderful initiative! Supporting local schools and providing funds for classrooms is essential for the education and development of our community's youth. We are happy to be a company that can contribute a percentage of September home sale profits to help these schools. Education is a key factor in the success of our future generations, and this project will undoubtedly make a positive impact on the lives of many students and teachers.

The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway
The St. Jude Dream Home® Giveaway is a community service project that everyone can get behind and support.
The program involves selling a limited number of $100 chances to win a brand new, single-family home, designed and built by Landmark 24 Homes. The home is built largely with generous donations of land, labor and materials by ourselves and the amazing vendors we work with.
Landmark 24 Homes couldn't be more proud and excited for this opportunity to give back. As a local builder, we strive to leave a lasting impact for our community, so this partnership fell right in line with our company's mission. Almost every person within our company has touched this home in some capacity, with 100s more from outside contributing to its construction. We are incredibly thankful for our local and national partners that were equally passionate about this project, where they donated their time, materials, and efforts towards this project.

We bought 2 homes from Landmark 24 within the last 2 years. In 2014 we met Anna Dinatali and she helped make our first time home buying experience the best we could've ever asked! We picked our lot, designed our dream and with her guidance and support all the way through the project we closed on our new beautiful home in September of 2015! We love the structure of the builders style and the energy efficiency is more than we expected! Our utilities are more reasonable compared to our friends and that's because our home has spray foam installation! We loved it so much we decide after 16 months to go bigger and move into the village at Palmetto Pointe. We purchased the Richmond in March of this year and we could not be happier! All of the Landmark contacts are outstanding!! They are always there for us no matter what the situation is. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a beautiful home with all the extras you want! We love you Landmark 24!!
